Dr Dara Beiki, Principal Dentist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Dr Dara Beiki is a French Oral Surgeon who has been practicing dentistry, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics in the UK since 2011. He graduated from the University of Nice, France, in 2009 and obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2011.
Early in his career, Dara joined the Oral Medicine department at Nice General Hospital, where he was actively involved in training and teaching dental students. He also participated in humanitarian aid missions to Madagascar and Morocco with the French Red Cross, providing essential dental care in underserved communities.
After moving to the UK in 2011, he gained extensive experience working in both primary and secondary care. He now provides private treatments at Baudelaire Dental Clinic, working alongside a highly trained and experienced dental team committed to continuous professional development.
Dara was awarded the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is now a Fellow of the college. He is also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD).
With a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign, and smile makeovers, Dara takes great pride in delivering the highest quality treatments in a relaxed, comfortable, and elegant setting.

Dr Ian Blewitt, Consultant Endodontist at Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Dr Ian Blewitt qualified from Peninsula Dental School in 2012, following an initial degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He began his career in general dental practice in Gloucestershire before gaining experience in Maxillofacial Surgery at Great Western Hospital. During this time, he completed the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) examination at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
Ian was then appointed as an Academic Clinical Fellow with the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) in Restorative Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery at Bristol Dental Hospital. It was during this time that he developed a passion for Endodontics, leading him to secure a place on the Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) specialist training programme at Guy’s Hospital, London. Upon completion, he became a registered Specialist in Endodontics with the General Dental Council.
In 2018, Ian was appointed as a Consultant in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital, where he is also a Clinical Lecturer in Endodontology, training postgraduate dentists. He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society.
Ian specializes in the treatment of complex root canal cases and re-root canal treatments. Known for his meticulous approach and compassionate care, he is dedicated to dispelling the myths surrounding root canals by providing pain-free treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Ian is a keen runner and cyclist who also enjoys country walks, pub lunches, and reading.

Dr Peter Yerbury, Specialist Prosthodontist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Dr. Peter Yerbury graduated from Guy’s Dental Hospital, London, in 1984. He began his career with several hospital training posts in Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery before gaining experience in general dental practice, where he developed a particular interest in prosthodontics.
He then pursued specialist training in Prosthodontics in North America, completing a prestigious three-year program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1992. This was made possible through a scholarship from his undergraduate dental school. In the same year, he earned a Master’s degree and gained Specialist Registration in Prosthodontics in the UK.
Dr. Yerbury remains actively engaged in professional study groups across the UK, Europe, and the USA, and he recently served as President of the American Dental Society of London.
He specializes in providing fixed restorations for a wide range of cases, from single teeth to complex full-mouth rehabilitation, working closely with other specialists and referring colleagues. He has a particular interest in removable prostheses, utilizing advanced functionally generated techniques. When appropriate, implants are used to support both fixed and removable prostheses. He also offers aesthetic evaluation and treatment in line with ethical prosthodontic practice.

Dr Mary Blessing, Specialist Prosthodontist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Dr. Mary Blessing graduated from University College London Dental School in 1989 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. She spent several years working in private dental practice before pursuing further specialization, earning a Master’s degree with distinction in Conservative Dentistry from UCL Eastman Dental Institute in London.
She joined 57 Portland Place in 1997 and also lectured at the Eastman Dental Institute for several years. Dr Blessing is a registered Specialist in Prosthodontics on the GDC dental specialist list. She remains dedicated to continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry through active participation in professional meetings and groups, including the British Dental Association and the British Society of Restorative Dentistry.
Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Dr Blessing takes pride in delivering personalized, high-quality care to her patients, using the most advanced techniques available.

Our Dental Hygienists & Therapists

Thais Do Prado, Orthodontic Therapist at Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Thais brings extensive expertise to our team, having qualified as a dentist in Brazil in 2003 and earning her specialist Orthodontist qualification in 2008. After relocating to the UK, she registered with the General Dental Council as both an Orthodontic Therapist and Dental Therapist.

With her specialist background and years of hands-on experience, Thais supports our dentists in delivering a full range of orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and is always happy to answer question whether you’re beginning your orthodontic journey or already in treatment.

Terza Dilshad, Dental Hygienist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Terza qualified from the University of Essex in 2011 and has been working in private dental practices ever since. Throughout her career, she has treated patients of all ages, backgrounds, and needs, including those with special needs. This diverse experience has helped her develop a well-rounded approach to patient care as a Dental Hygienist.
She takes great pride in providing the highest level of care and has a natural ability to put even the most nervous patients at ease. Passionate about her profession, Terza finds joy in helping patients achieve healthy smiles and ensuring they leave the practice feeling satisfied with their treatment.
Since joining the clinic in 2020, she has particularly enjoyed educating and advising patients on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene. She strongly believes that prevention is key to long-term dental health and is committed to helping her patients prevent gum disease through proper care.
Terza is an enthusiastic and dedicated team member, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for all patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as drawing, dancing, reading, making comedy videos, traveling, and listening to classical music.

Holly Gale, Dental Hygienist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Holly qualified as a dental nurse in 2014, gaining valuable experience in general practice before deciding to follow her passion for dental hygiene. She graduated from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2016, earning a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from the Royal College of Surgeons.
Holly takes great pride in building strong, professional relationships with her patients. She enjoys every aspect of her role, finding it particularly rewarding to witness the improvements in her patients’ oral health.

Katherine Serna Vanegas, Trainee Nurse, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Katherine is a trainee dental nurse at Baudelaire Dental Clinic with a background as a qualified dental hygienist and dental nurse in Colombia. She brings a friendly, caring approach to patient care and is passionate about helping others feel comfortable during their visits. Outside the clinic, Katherine enjoys traveling and dancing. two lifelong passions that keep her inspired and energised.

Adina Melinte, Dental Nurse, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Adina is a NEBDN qualified dental nurse with 5 years of experience across NHS and private dentistry. Passionate about oral health, patient wellbeing and beautiful smiles. In her free time, she loves going to the gym, baking sweet treats, doing nail art and of course spending time with her family and friends.

Una McKcown, Receptionist, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

With 11 years of experience as a dental receptionist, Una excels at managing the non-medical aspects of a busy dental practice, ensuring efficient operations and a positive patient experience. Her skills include appointment scheduling, patient relations, and streamlining administrative processes. Una is passionate about making patients feel comfortable and at ease, and she enjoys building trusting relationships with them. When Una is not at the clinic, you might find her at the movies, watching TV (especially Nordic Noir ) or getting together with her friends and family.

Lisa Dolan, Practice Manager, Baudelaire Dental Clinic.

Lisa brings over 17 years of experience in dentistry to her role as Practice Manager. She began her career as a dental nurse in Ireland before relocating to London in 2011, where she spent the next 14 years working alongside some of the West End’s leading dental professionals. This extensive background has given her a deep understanding of both clinical and patient care standards.
At the practice, Lisa is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and supporting patients with any queries or concerns. She is committed to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys going to the theatre, attending concerts, reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
